Widescreen set up for quake 3

Put that command line into youre autoexec.cfg:

seta r_customWidth "1680"
seta r_customHeight "1050"
seta r_mode "-1"

and to be sure that those setting take effect , create a new bind like this:

bind x "exec autoexec.cfg; vid_restart"

x = the key of youre choice

and if you don't the vid_restart each time you press on the autoexec, just bind x "exec autoexec.cfg

and create another bind for the vid_restart, like this:

bind x "vid_restart"

x = the key of youre choice
